Yes! And here at the White House, the President has insisted on equal pay for equal work. The President signed an Executive Order prohibiting federal contractors from discriminating against their employees who share compensation information. The President has called on Congress to pass the Paycheck Fairness Act, and of course, the very first bill he signed was the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act.
